Sharp woody and ashy opening notes with smoky leathery notes in the dry down
Oudh is extracted from the resinous heartwood or agarwood of tropical aquilaria trees. Agarwood is one of the most expensive natural raw materials in the world and an important ingredient in the fragrance industry. This so-called ‘Wood of the Gods’ has been traded and highly coveted for thousands of years. The resinous wood is used as incense, for medicinal purposes, and pure resin in distilled form is used as an essential oil as well as a perfume component. The Indian sub-continent has been the main source of agarwood for many centuries.
Ingredients: Pulverised agarwood, sandalwood, cardamom and clove blended together in sweet almond oil.
